Covid-19 Health & Safety Statement 1. November 2020
At A Touch Of Furniture, we consider the safety of our customers and our staff to be our top priority.
In line with the government's announcement, our Banbury and Bicester stores will be closed from November 5th until December 2nd.
Our online store will remain open for business throughout the lockdown period.
We will be available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to answer questions and queries by phone and email.
You will be able to collect smaller pieces from our stores. We'll also continue to offer a FREE doorstep delivery service. Furniture will be delivered - still in its packaging - to your doorstep. Our delivery staff will not enter your home.
Once our stores are allowed to re-open, we will continue to observe the social distancing regulations we have introduced in our stores to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
We will also continue to offer a range of delivery options including store collection, doorstep delivery and delivery with installation.
We will update you on these options and our opening hours closer to reopening date.
Our customer service team is on-hand via social media, telephone or email if you have any questions about our furniture, delivery options, or would like more information about the precautions we are taking to protect your health and safety.
We truly value the loyalty of our customers during this challenging time and will endeavour to keep you informed if anything changes.
