At A Touch Of Furniture, we consider the safety of our customers and our staff to be our top priority.

We have implemented a number of social distancing regulations in our stores to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. We have adjusted our opening hours to best adapt to these changes.


Our new opening times are: Mon-Sat … 9am-5pm


To suit customer circumstances, we now offer a range of delivery options. If you place an order, we will be in touch to discuss those options with you.

You can choose from the following:

  • Collection from our Bicester or Banbury stores free of charge
  • Free-of-charge 'doorstep delivery', where your order will be placed in its packaging on your doorstep or driveway for you to move indoors and assemble yourself.
  • Delivery with installation - our standard two-man delivery and assembly service, which includes placing the item of furniture into the room of your choice, setting up, and removing all packaging. There is a £39 charge for this service.

Our customer service team is on-hand via social media, telephone or email if you have any questions about our furniture, delivery options, or would like more information about the precautions we are taking to protect your health and safety.
